Last night we celebrated! Plain and simply, we enjoyed each other company, and rejoiced in the good things that God gives us by doing a silly white elephant exchange, opening the “impenetrable gift,” and trying to decorate a tree by throwing ornaments at it. It was a fantastic evening with the students, and a good way to keep our tradition alive.
Next week we’ll jump back into normal youth group. We left off at the Davidic Covenant at the beginning of December, and now we’ll be making our way into Kings, the Prophets, and finally into the New Testament in our walkthrough of the Story of the Bible.
