*WHERE WILL WE BE HAVING OUR RETREAT AND WHAT IS THE COST?
Black Lake Bible Camp in Olympia, WA. The cost this year is $120 for early registration ($130 if paid after May 7). This includes your accommodations and group activities plus Friday dinner, three meals on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday.
*WHAT IS THE ADDRESS AND HOW LONG IS THE DRIVE?
Black Lake Bible Camp is located at 6521 Fairview Rd SW, Olympia, WA 98512. From EBC, it is about a 1.75 hour drive.
*WHAT TIME CAN WE ARRIVE AND WHAT TIME DO WE NEED TO LEAVE?
Arrive any time after 3:00 on Friday. Registration begins at 4pm and dinner is at 5:30. Check Out time is 11:00 AM on Sunday.
*WHAT KIND OF ACCOMMODATIONS ARE AT THE CENTER?
We will be in the Lakeside Lodge, where there will be a maximum of three people per room. Each room is equipped with it’s own toilet, shower, and sink. There is also limited RV Space, if you prefer that option. And if you need a solo room for whatever reason, talk to Ryan Donovan and that may be a possibility, though perhaps for a bit of an extra cost.
*WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
You will need a sleeping bag (or bedding if you like), pillow, your personal toiletries, a warm jacket for cool evenings, paper and pen for notes, and your Bible.
*WHAT IF I NEED A RIDE?
Let us know on your registration and we’ll help coordinate rides.
*FREE TIME ACTIVITIES
There’s always plenty to do during free time. There is Disc Golf, Mini Golf, Basketball, Board / Card Games. And for a two hour stretch of time there will be a chance to enjoy some Axe Throwing! Or you can even take a nap!
*WHAT DO I DO TO SIGN UP?
Register and pay $120 on our website with credit/debit by Sunday, May 7 for early registration pricing. If you choose to pay with check or cash, please fill out the online registration form, and then put cash or check in an envelope with your name, labeled Men’s Retreat. You must prepay before the retreat!
*DO YOU NEED A SCHOLARSHIP?
There are some partial scholarships available. Please let us know if you have a need.
