2021 Women’s Retreat Information

COST$105.00 if registered and paid by Sunday, September 19. $115 after that date.

Optional Friday night dinner for additional $9.00 (deadline to sign up is September 19)
Some scholarships are available for partial retreat cost (deadline to apply is September 5)

 

 

ARRIVAL TIME:  After 4:00pm Friday, October 1. Dinner for those who pre-registered is at 5:30pm. Friday’s program will begin at 6:45pm. Upon arrival, check-in at Memorial Lounge in Hadley Hall.

ACCOMMODATIONS:  Bunk style rooms in Hadley Hall. Dormitory style restrooms and showers are located on floors 1-3 of the 4-story building. The first floor is reserved for those who cannot climb stairs and those with special needs. The bottom floor has a restroom only.

WHAT TO BRING:  Sleeping bag (or linens), pillow, toiletries, towel and washcloth, Bible and journal, pen/pencil, water bottle, coat, clothes for rain or warm, hiking/beach shoes, snacks to share, $$ for Sunday lunch.

TRANSPORTATION:  You may figure out your own ride situation, or if you need a ride, or can take extra women, please indicate that when you register.

DEPARTURE TIME:  Must be out of buildings by 12:00 noon on Sunday, October 3, but you may leave your car in the parking lot until later that afternoon.

DIRECTIONSHead west from Portland on Sunset Highway (Hwy 26). Just west of Hillsboro, bear left on Hwy 6 towards Tillamook. Follow Hwy 6 into Tillamook. In Tillamook turn right onto Hwy 101. Follow Hwy 101 north for approximately 13 miles to Twin Rocks Friends Camp on your right, just prior to pedestrian bridge over highway. Turn left upon entering camp and follow gravel road to parking lot at Hadley Hall. Drive time is about 2 hours 15 minutes (but not allowing for possible Friday evening rush hour traffic).
