Good afternoon, brothers and sisters!
Last night we took a deep dive into Jonah chapter 3. We took notice of the major theme of this chapter, which is repentance. The king of the city repented, along with the people in the city.
There was a brief discussion regarding fasting and sackcloth, as the people of Nineveh fasted and put on sackcloth to show they were serious about their repentance. This helped the students, along with the staff, confess sins we might be struggling with and need to repent from. It was a fantastic evening!
The apologetic spotlight is below. This will be updated each week with the discussion we talked about during youth group! This week was about the Wall of Jericho as well as the city of Ai.

Middle School Guys Late Night – This event is tomorrow night from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM. We will be hanging out at the church the full 6 hours playing games and eating pizza! Please have your student bring a snack to share with the group! We hope to see your middle school guy there tomorrow night.
