Resuming Worship Services

Dear Church Family,

All three English services (Saturday 6pm, Sunday 9am and 11am) and one Spanish service (Sunday 1:30pm) will be starting back up this coming weekend at limited capacity!

For now, we are limited by the government to 50 people on-site at each service. We will also continue streaming the Sunday 11am English service and the 1:30pm Spanish service. We encourage members and attenders to continue to watch the livestream for some of the upcoming weeks, and maybe even gather together with another EBC member or family to watch it together.

But we also want to encourage people to begin attending church as they feel comfortable and as the limited numbers permit. How will we make this work? We will have online reservations, and the current form has signups available for the next three weekends. We have already given priority to some of our church family members who don’t have internet or who have had difficulty watching the weekly livestream. If you would like to gather with us, please reserve a spot for each person you plan to have attend. Look at the reservation form, which can be found on the front page of our website, and choose just one for the next three weeks that you would like to attend. Space remaining in each service will be listed and won’t allow for additional reservations once the 50 spots are filled.

We’ve heard several comments already that people want to give others the chance to attend, which is a wonderful way of putting each other first and caring for each other, but we do want people here also! So you are encouraged to look back at the form on Friday or Saturday morning before each weekend’s services, and if there is still space available in a service that you would like to attend, please sign up again! (even if you’ve already signed up for another one previously).

If you need to cancel a reservation spot after you’ve made it, please email the EBC Office at office@evergreenbible.com so we can open up the spot to someone else.

And one last reminder that because the government is requiring it, and because it’s a way we can care for each other’s safety, we are asking that people wear face coverings before, during and after the services while you are here at the church. We will also keep six feet of spacing between us before, during and after the service.

We have more complete information about prevention measures, life groups, ministry events and other details available on the COVID-19 page of our website, so please be sure to read through those as well.
