Last night we were back to the normal flow of youth group. We did an overview of Mark. There were some common themes pointed out after the overview, such as the immediacy of Mark, Jesus was the focal point, Jesus healed often, and He was also challenged a few times throughout the book. I am excited to see how the Spirit works as we tackle this Gospel, which will take the majority of the school year.
We concluded our time in small groups, where we became acquainted/reacquainted with one another, and discussed questions regarding faith and the overview of Mark.
Overall, it was a great night!
